Product characteristics

  • Pellet boiler Class 5.
  • It is delivered ready for installation on new or already installed hot water boilers EKO-CK P and EKO-CKB P with a nominal heat output of 20 to 110 kW.
  • With the hot water boiler, it forms a single functional unit, a "mini plant" intended for pellet firing.
  • The operation of the "mini plant" is controlled by a multifunctional digital control with a color touch screen that controls the operation of the boiler and can control 5 pumps (1x boiler pump, 1x hot water, 1x recirculation, 2x heating circuits controlled by external temperature + 2 motor drives of heating circuits).
  • The "mini plant" can be connected directly to the heating installation or via a heating accumulation tank (CAS) with a volume of at least 10 liters/kW and a 3-way thermal valve at 60 °C or a 3-way mixing valve with a motor drive.
  • The fan and electric heater located in the burner, controlled by the regulation, automatically ignite the pellets and maintain the flame.
  • Cleaning, depending on the boiler power and pellet quality, takes five minutes after one used tank (200/400 kg).
  • The pellet tank (370/800 liter volume) is an integral part of the plant, and is filled from the top as needed.
  • Possibility of upgrading equipment for automatic pellet supply from a larger tank to a flexible pipe distance of up to 10 meters and a lifting height of up to 4 meters, exclusively for ENPlus A1 and DINplus pellets.
  • Possibility of installing a damper on the burner fan to prevent air flow through the boiler when the burner is not operating.
  • Possibility of installing an air cleaning system for the burner.
  • Possibility of installing a fuel level sensor in the pellet tank.
  • Possibility of connecting multiple units in a cascade.
  • Delivered in several parts, making it easy to transport and bring into the space intended for installation.
