Our values
A quality product, efficient use of energy, environmental protection and, above all, a satisfied customer, are the basic guiding principles of the Centrometal company today.
This philosophy is present from the development, production, use and maintenance of Centrometal's products, to the training of the company's employees and associates. If by any chance we could go back in time, we would have before us a sixty-year tradition of building hot water boilers, with an almost equally long tradition of the rest of the production program.
At the very beginning of 1965, Mr. Karlo Zidarić opened a craft workshop for installation and maintenance of central heating systems. With that experience, we stepped into the world of development and construction, which we implemented in 1990 in the newly formed company Centrometal d.o.o.
Emphasis during development is placed on equipment that uses renewable energy sources (wood, pellets, wood chips, sun...), which means that the company is actively involved in environmental protection and efficient use of energy.
The traditional diligence of the people of Međimurje, versatile cooperation with scientific institutions, especially the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding in Zagreb, have resulted in the significant expansion of the company in recent years, which today employs over 270 employees, has its own development based on local knowledge, a training center, a test station, a modern technology park and a branched service department.
Product quality and the company's operations are guaranteed and ensured ISO 9001 quality assurance system, and placement on many European markets is ensured by certificates of conformity issued by authorized domestic and international institutions, which each product of the Centrometal company possesses.
Today the company Centrometal d.o.o. operates in the markets of about forty European countries, and in five of them it has its own service department, which confirms not only the quality of our products but also the care for the customer.

Credit quality certificate
We would like to point out that thanks to excellent business results, the company Centrometal d.o.o. it met all the strict financial and analytical criteria according to the methodology unique for the whole of Europe and earned the right to become the holder of the AAA Credit Quality Certificate.
Quality and environmental management policy
The company CENTROMETAL d.o.o. harmonized its quality and environmental management system into a unique integrated management system according to the requirements of modern international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, which is appropriate for the purpose and context, and provides a framework for defining goals with the inclusion of a commitment to meet the requirements of customers and other interested parties, as well as legal and other regulations with a real commitment to continuous improvement. The scope of the management system is:
Development and production of equipment and accessories for heating and preparation of domestic water: hot water boilers and electric boilers, hot domestic water heaters and hydrophoric pressure vessels.
