BioTec Plus
BioTec Plus - a combination of flexibility and high efficiency.
BioTec Plus is a steel hot water boiler with two burners, intended for burning wood pellets and logs. In one combustion chamber, a pellet burner with automatic ignition and grate cleaning functions is integrated, while in the other, logs burn using the pyrolytic principle for maximum fuel utilization.
The operation of the system is monitored by a multifunctional digital regulation, which, with the help of a lambda sensor and a modulating suppressed fan, optimizes combustion in both combustion chambers, increasing the efficiency and adaptability of the boiler. The pellet tank is included in the basic version, and can be additionally upgraded with an automatic vacuum system for supplying pellets.
For proper operation, the installation of a heating storage tank (CAS) is mandatory. Boiler regulation supports expansion with CM2K modules (control of heating circuits according to external temperature, up to 4 modules) and Cm-WiFi box (error reporting, remote switching on/off via web portal).

Class 5 boiler - high efficiency and environmental acceptability In accordance with EN 303-5:2012, BioTec Plus meets the highest environmental and safety requirements for working with biofuels.

Double combustion chamber - heating flexibility The 25, 35 and 45 kW hot water boiler combines a pyrolytic combustion chamber for chopped wood and an automatic combustion chamber with a burner for wood pellets - all in one compact device.

Low need for maintenance - in addition to the factory-installed automatic cleaning of the grate of the pellet stove, it is possible to additionally order a system for automatic cleaning of flue passages, which simplifies daily use.

Advanced regulation with multiple sensors - the boiler is managed by factory-integrated digital regulation via: - lambda probe - temperature sensor of the boiler and pyrolytic combustion chamber - flue gas temperature sensor. Control is done using a modulating flue gas fan, for optimal efficiency and safety.

Modulating boiler operation - real-time adjustment - When firing pellets: 30-100% of rated output - When firing logs: 50–100% of rated output. This modulation ensures economical and stable operation in all modes.

Fuel level sensor for greater autonomy - the pellet tank is integrated into the boiler, and the fuel level sensor enables better control of consumption and timely replenishment.

Touch control and intelligent logic - multifunctional digital regulation with a color touch screen precisely controls the pyrolytic combustion process and all boiler operating parameters.

Installation with CAS - for optimal system operation The boiler is installed in open or closed heating systems exclusively via an accumulation tank (CAS), with a minimum volume of 50 lit/kW.
