Technical characteristics

  • Flexible and practical solution – pellet transport with flexible pipes up to 10 meters in one direction
  • Optimized supply – pellets are automatically delivered from a larger storage to a tank next to the boiler without the need for manual pellet filling
  • Smart regulation – the boiler regulation manages the operation of the vacuum top-up according to the fuel level sensor and the supply turbine
  • Easy installation – the turbine is mounted on the tank next to the boiler, and flexible pipes with grounding ensure reliable and safe supply
  • Compatibility with boilers – PelTec, PelTec-Lambda, PelTec II Lambda, BioTec Plus
  • Various connection options – the supply system can be connected to three types of pellet storage:
    - Pellet storage with a mole
    - Large pellet storage CentroPelet box
    - Pellet storage with a screw conveyor
  • The Vacuum Supply System has been tested for the supply of 6 mm diameter wood pellets, manufactured according to DINplus or ENplusA1 standards, with a maximum dust content <0.7%.
