The costs of servicing are borne by the customer, unless the intervention is within the warranty period and provided that all warranty conditions have been met. For the correct information, always first check the warranty conditions of your product and contact an authorized service center.

The power of the stove (boiler) depends on the size of the room, insulation, number of floors and other factors. Our experts or authorized partners can recommend the optimal solution for your situation or contact a mechanical installation designer for a detailed calculation of the building's heat losses and the correct power selection.
For the warranty to be valid, the product must be installed and commissioned by an authorized service technician, and the original receipt and completed warranty card must be kept.
