EKO-CKS Multi Plus – Powerful and automated biomass heating

Steel hot water boilers EKO-CKS Multi Plus, with a nominal heat output of 170 to 580 kW, are intended for burning with wood chips and pellets and are ideal for heating medium and larger buildings. They are suitable for installation in closed and open central heating systems.

Thanks to fully automated operation, they provide the user with a high level of comfort and reliability. The boilers are equipped with a movable grate on which the fuel burns, a lambda probe for precise combustion control, an automatic fuel injection and ignition system, thermal protection, automatic ash removal from the combustion chamber, a cyclone for extracting particles from flue gases, and return line protection.

They are recognizable by the successful combination of modern technology and quality materials, and their simple installation and use make them a safe, efficient and long-lasting solution for biomass heating.

Product characteristics

  • Fuel type and standards: the boiler is class 5 and designed for firing wood chips of classes A1 and A2 (P16S–P31S / G30–G50) with a moisture content of W20–W35 / M20, in accordance with the EN ISO 177225–4 standard, and wood pellets of class A1 according to the EN ISO 177225–2 standard.
  • Installation purpose: it is intended for installation in closed or open central heating systems, which makes it suitable for different types of buildings and systems.
  • Adaptation to work with different fuels: in the event of a change in the type, size or moisture of the fuel, it is necessary to correct the system operation settings. There is a possibility of pre-setting parameters for individual fuel types, which ensures optimal operation.
  • Power supply: the boiler requires an electrical voltage of 380/400 V, which corresponds to a three-phase connection.
  • Connection to the heating installation: the boiler must be connected to a storage tank with a minimum volume of 12 liters per kW of rated output (max. operating temperature 95 °C) or to a hydraulic diverter (max. operating temperature 80 °C), depending on the configuration of the heating system.
