Public call for investment in replacing outdated heating boilers in cities with quality category II

The aim of the Public Call for the implementation of the pilot project is to reduce the amount of airborne particulate matter emissions in the HR 2 – Industrial Croatia zone, which includes the Brod-Posavina and Sisak-Moslavina counties, in cities with air quality category II and a valid Action Plan for improving air quality, namely Slavonski Brod, Sisak and Kutina.

The Public Call envisages co-financing the replacement of heating systems that use:

• freestanding solid fuel stoves,
• existing conventional central heating systems that use firewood, with measures to install systems for the use of renewable energy sources.

Natural persons – citizens, owners or co-owners of a family house or residential unit within an apartment building with a residence at the address and location of the house or apartment building registered at least 30 days before the date of submission of the application to the Call – can apply. Beneficiaries of the funds must have a residence in the administrative area of the city of Slavonski Brod, Sisak or Kutina.
