Reliable solution for wood chip storage and supply

Wood chip tanks are designed for reliable storage and automatic supply of fuel to the BIO-CK P Unit, EKO-CKS Multi and EKO-CKS Multi Plus firing systems. Thanks to their solid construction and high-quality components, they can be installed in covered areas or outdoors, outside the building. They are equipped with a screw conveyor, an electric motor with a reducer and a mixer that ensures even distribution of the chips. Filling is done from the top, by simply opening the lid, and the recommended maximum wood chip humidity is up to 35%. The tank operation is fully automated and synchronized with the digital boiler control, which comes in the standard configuration. The tanks are available in volumes of 5.5 m³ and 9 m³.

SISTEMI DOBAVE DRVENE SJEČKE IZ SPREMNIKA-PROSTORIJE:

  • Purpose: the system is designed for automatic supply of wood chips from a tank or storage room to the BIO-CK P Unit and EKO-CKS Multi firing systems.

  • Fuel type: supports wood chips with a maximum moisture content of up to 35%, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliable operation of the system.

  • Transport mechanism: equipped with a screw conveyor with a length of 2.5 to 8 meters, which allows reliable and continuous fuel transfer.

  • Mixing of chips: the system includes a rotating plate with springs with a diameter of 2 to 4 meters, which ensures uniform distribution and prevents blockages in the flow of chips.

  • Motor drive: an electric motor with a reducer ensures stable and efficient operation of the entire system.

  • Control: the system operation is fully automated and controlled via digital boiler regulation, which comes in a standard configuration.
