ESBE VTC
3-way thermostatic valve ESBE VTC 512
Three-way thermostatic valves ESBE VTC 512 are intended for installation in central heating systems with solid fuel boilers (BioTec-L /-C, EKO-CK P, EKO-CKB P, CentroPlus, -/B...) and storage tanks CAS, all for the purpose of protecting boilers from condensation of water vapor from flue gases.
The ESBE VTC 512 valves enable the boiler's operating temperature to be quickly reached and then maintained by changing the opening ratio of the return line from the central heating installation and the short-circuit line with the boiler. A circulation pump must also be installed in heating systems where ESBE VTC 512 is installed.
-
BOILER PROTECTION
They prevent condensation by maintaining the return temperature above 60 °C. -
FAST STABILIZATION
They enable the boiler to quickly reach and maintain operating temperature. -
SMART REGULATION
They regulate the ratio of return and short-circuit lines for optimal system operation. -
CIRCULATION PUMP
For the proper operation of a system with VTC valves, it is necessary to install an appropriate circulation pump.
Product characteristics
-
Models and versions: ESBE VTC 512 is a three-way thermal valve with external threaded connections.
-
Application in heating systems: The valves are intended for installation in heating systems with solid fuel boilers, in combination with CAS accumulation tanks.
-
Boiler condensation protection: The valves maintain a minimum boiler temperature of 60 °C, which prevents condensation of water vapor from the flue gases and extends the life of the boiler.
-
Thermostat function: The built-in thermostat starts to let water from the installation return line only when the boiler reaches a temperature of 60 °C, thus ensuring optimal system operation.
-
Operation at low temperatures: If the temperature in the boiler is below 60 °C, the circulation pump returns water from the flow line to the return line via a short circuit through the VTC valve.
-
Selection of the circulation pump: The circulation pump must be correctly dimensioned according to the size of the boiler, in accordance with the recommendations in the technical table.
