EKO-CUP V3/SV3
Steel hot water boilers EKO-CUP V3 with a nominal heat output of 0.8 to 1.5 MW and EKO-CUP SV3 2500 with a nominal heat output of 2.1 MW are intended for heating medium and larger buildings and as a heat source for various technological processes. They are installed either as separate units or several of them are connected in parallel in a cascade.
They are recognizable by their modern design and successful combination of modern manufacturing technologies and quality construction materials, as well as by their simple installation and monitoring. The use of proven technical solutions makes these boilers safe and reliable in operation. The three-pass flue gas system is an important contribution to the economy of these boilers. A wide range of automatic regulators, as additional equipment, provides the possibility of complete automation of the boiler room with central or remote monitoring.
-
EFFECTIVE
Built-in turbulators enable a better transfer of heat from the flue gases to the boiler water. -
ISOLATION
A special feature is the exceptional thermal insulation of the boiler. -
CONTROLLER
The basic boiler controller controls the operation of the two-stage burner according to the set boiler temperature. -
INSTALLATION
It is delivered in parts, which allows for easy transport and installation of the boiler.
Product characteristics
- Hot water boiler for central heating with a three-pass flue gas system, with a thermal output of 0.8 to 2.1 MW.
- It is economical and environmentally friendly, with a high degree of utilization and low NOx content.
- The maximum operating temperature of EKO-CUP V3 boilers is 90/100/105 °C.
- The maximum operating temperature of EKO-CUP SV3 boilers is 100 °C.
- The maximum operating pressure of the boiler is 6 bar, which allows installation in central heating systems of tall buildings.
- Built-in spiral turbulators enable better heat transfer from flue gases to boiler water, regulation of combustion chamber resistance, regulation of flue gas outlet temperature, i.e. high-quality coordination of boiler-burner-chimney operation.
- The high water content in the boiler reduces the number of starts and extends the life of the burner and saves energy.
- The technical solutions used are the reason for almost negligible initial condensation.
- All boiler connections are on the top, which allows for easy connection to the installation.
- The boiler wiring and control panel with basic boiler control are factory-installed, and there are prepared places for installing automatic heating regulators guided by the outside temperature, which enables complete automation of the boiler room.
- The basic boiler control controls the operation of the two-stage burner according to the set boiler temperature.
- A special feature is the exceptional thermal insulation of the boiler.
- The boiler door with a blind panel is adapted for the installation of all fan burners available on the market and can be opened to the left and right by 90°, which allows for easy and quick cleaning of the boiler.
- The boiler body is supplied separately, as is the cladding with thermal insulation, which allows for easy transport and installation of the boiler.
