EKO-CKS P Unit - powerful and efficient pellet heating
EKO-CKS P Unit is the ideal choice for highly efficient heating with wood pellets, combining a robust steel boiler body with the advanced technology of the Cm Pelet-set system in the range from 140 to 560 kW. For optimal operation, the boiler needs to be upgraded with a pellet tank, such as the CentroPelet Box, while the EKO-CKS P UNIT 499 and 560 are supplied as standard with a cyclone, fan and additional regulation for maximum efficiency and precise combustion control.
Smart technology for maximum efficiency
The built-in burner comes with automatic air cleaning of the grate, which ensures continuous high efficiency. In addition, the boiler can be additionally equipped with a system for automatic ash extraction (from the boiler and from the smoke box) and air cleaning of the flue passages, reducing the need for manual maintenance and management of the domestic hot water tank. All components - burner, pellet conveyor and accessories - are connected into a single functional unit, controlled by digital regulation. The fan and electric heater in the burner automatically ignite the pellets and maintain the flame, ensuring reliable operation without your constant supervision.

Product characteristics
- Class 5 boilers.
- Steel hot water boilers with pellet burner with nominal heat output of 140, 180, 230, 280, 320, 430, 499, 560 kW.
- Multifunctional digital control with color touch screen.
- Additional equipment: air cleaning of flue passages, ash removal, cyclone with fan, CM2K, CAL, CM-WiFi box system for monitoring boiler operation via PC, tablet or mobile phone.
- They are intended for installation in open and closed heating systems.
- It is possible to order a boiler with a lambda probe, EKO-CKS P-L Unit.
- The boiler is manufactured in accordance with the European standard EN 303-5 and in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
EKO-CKS P Unit
Delivery, mandatory and optional equipment
The basic boiler delivery (OO (basic equipment)) includes:
- a boiler with thermal insulation
- Cm Pelet-set 200-600, consisting of:
- a pellet burner with a preparation for burner air cleaning and a pressure vessel (50 l for 140-320 kW, 2x50 l for 430-560 kW).
- a Michelin compressor for pellet burner air cleaning. If there is your own source of compressed air, the price of the 'Michelin Compressor' must be deducted from the price calculation
- an electrical cabinet with a digital boiler control with a touch screen, which controls the operation of the boiler and pellet burner, burner air cleaning, the operation of the conveyor for supplying pellets to the burner from the pellet tank next to the boiler, boiler return line protection via a 3-way mixing valve with a motor drive, an accumulation tank and the possible start of an alternative boiler.
- 1 boiler temperature sensor, 1 return line sensor, 2 accumulator tank sensors, 1 external temperature sensor
Note:
- The EKO-CKS P Unit 499 and EKO-CKS P Unit 560 boilers are always supplied with a cyclone and fan and an additional fan control unit (CIK)
- pellet transporter (CPPT-XX)
- pellet tank (CentroPelet Box) or transporter for supplying pellets to the burner from the seasonal tank according to Centrometal's recommendations
- return line protection with 3-way mixing valve with motor drive and boiler pump
- CAS accumulation tank or hydraulic diverter
- set of safety elements for min/max boiler water pressure
Boiler configurations with additional equipment packages:
- CIK (cyclone with fan and additional regulation)
- AC-K (automatic ash removal from the firebox, automatic ash removal from the smoke box, automatic (pneumatic) cleaning of the heat exchanger flue pipes without a compressor, DHW tank management)
- AC+K (automatic ash removal from the firebox, automatic ash removal from the smoke box, automatic (pneumatic) cleaning of the heat exchanger flue pipes with a compressor, DHW tank management), instead of the 'Michelin compressor' from the basic delivery, a 'Kaeser compressor with compressor set' must be installed and the price of the 'Michelin compressor' must be deducted from the price calculation.
