EKO-CKS 500 – robust power for large heating systems
The EKO-CKS 500 steel hot water boiler with a power of 500 kW is intended for central heating of larger buildings in open heating systems, fired with solid fuel. It is designed for connection to the chimney via a cyclone and fan, which optimizes the exhaust of flue gases and reduces the requirements for the height of the chimney.
The operation of the system – including the fan – is controlled by the boiler control, which ensures reliable operation and automatic control of key functions. The combination of modern technology, quality materials and proven technical solutions makes the EKO-CKS 500 the ideal choice for demanding systems where high efficiency, durability and ease of operation are required.

- High efficiency thanks to three-pass combustion: optimally dimensioned firebox and flue gas routing in three passes ensure exceptional efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
- Large fuel combustion chamber and easy maintenance: large fuel can be easily placed through the large front door, and the spacious upper door allows for quick and convenient cleaning of the boiler - from the front.
- Ready for demanding heating systems: the maximum operating pressure of 4 bar makes it ideal for larger heating systems with high consumption dynamics.
- Connection only via cyclone and fan: the boiler is connected to the chimney exclusively via the CC 500 cyclone system and flue gas fan, which enables efficient filtration and smoke removal.
- Cyclone and fan – air and particle control: the cyclone separates and collects particles from the flue gases – the fan draws fresh air into the combustion chamber, extracts smoke and discharges it through the chimney into the environment
- Smart boiler operation control: the system is controlled by an advanced boiler control that: – activates the heating pump above 75 °C – controls the protection pump (0–60 °C) – regulates the fan operation – includes a safety thermostat and fan contactor for complete safety
- Practical delivery for easy transport and installation: the boiler body, casing with insulation and regulation, and the cyclone with fan are delivered separately, which simplifies transport and reduces the possibility of damage.
