Cyclone CC – a smart solution for flue gas extraction
The Cyclone CC with fan and boiler control is intended for solid fuel boilers EKO-CKS (250–380 kW) that are factory-prepared for its installation. The system is designed for efficient flue gas extraction and mechanical separation of solid particles, which improves the boiler's performance and reduces the load on the chimney.
Thanks to the installation of the cyclone, fan and advanced boiler control, the required chimney height is significantly reduced compared to the classic direct connection of the boiler. The operation of the fan, protection pump and heating pump is controlled via centralized boiler control.
The cyclone and fan are made of high-quality materials and are factory-protected with a primer, ensuring durability and resistance in demanding operating conditions.

- Efficient flue gas extraction system: the CC cyclone with fan and boiler control is designed to be installed exclusively on EKO-CKS 250–380 kW boilers that are factory-prepared to accept it.
- Flue gas filtration cyclone: intended for mechanical separation and collection of solid particles from flue gases, thereby reducing pollution and improving system efficiency.
- Fan for reliable air extraction and circulation: the fan enables: – fresh air to be drawn into the combustion chamber – flue gas extraction from the boiler – gases to be expelled through the chimney into the environment.
- Intelligent boiler control: the central control manages the entire system: – turns on the heating pump when the boiler temperature exceeds 75 °C – controls the protective pump in the range of 0–60 °C – activates and regulates the fan operation – includes a safety thermostat and a fan contactor.
- Lower chimney height – greater flexibility: Installing this system reduces the required chimney height compared to direct boiler connection, which simplifies system design.
