4-way mixing valve

4-way mixing valve - a key component for the longevity of the boiler

Hot water boilers that can be connected directly to central heating systems without CAS accumulation tanks, solid fuel-fired or oil/gas-fired, and that only have basic boiler control, must have a four-way manual mixing valve installed. This valve serves to protect the boiler from condensation of water vapor in the flue gases and allows for regulation of the flow temperature in the central heating installation. It is recommended to install a thermometer on the heating flow immediately after the four-way manual mixing valve in order to be able to monitor the set flow temperature in the central heating installation.

4-way mixing valve

Product characteristics

  • Boiler output 14-50kw – 4-way mouse valve 5/4"

  • Boiler output 51-70kw – 4-way mouse valve 6/4"

  • Boiler output 71-110kw – 4-way mouse valve 2"

Operating principle of the 4-way manual mixing valve:

  • The 4-way manual mixing valve allows you to adjust the flow and return ratio, thereby regulating the temperature in the heating system.
  • The thermometer behind the valve allows easy monitoring of the set flow temperature in the central heating installation.
