Vacuum tube solar collector CVSKC-10 has been engineered to meet actual needs of the market, which requires a high efficiency in less favorable conditions.
Our vacuum tube collector shows its power exactly in that point, where flat plate collectors loose their efficiency that means, during the low radiation period or by high temperature fluctuation. Therefore collector tubes are evacuated, which prevents the energy loss. Under the tubes there are parabolic mirrors, which direct the radiation towards the whole surface of the absorber and increase its efficiency.
Characteristics of the vacuum tube solar collectors CPK 7210N:
- High efficiency vacuum tube solar collector with 10 tubes and 1,84 m² brutto area.
- Between two layers of glass tubes there is a vacuum, so that no rubber joints are necessary.
- Absorbers are coated by high efficiency selective painting and surround the copper pipes inside the vacuum tubes made of borosilicate glass.
- Collecting pipes are situated inside a waterproof aluminium casing.
- Under each of vacuum tube there is a parabolic mirror which enables usage of the whole absorber surface.
- This is particularly important during the low angle sunlight entering periods.Max. stagnation temperature of collector is 285°C.
- The built-in frame of the collector makes the assemblage easier.
- The collector can be put on the roof or it can be fixed to the special carrier.
- By means of integrating solar collectors into domestic water heating systems (STEB water heater), swimming pools water heating systems and central heating systems (CAS-S, -BS water heater), a conventional sources of energy can be saved and, in the same time, environment pollution can be reduced.
- This collector is tested and certified at the Faculty of Engineering in Zagreb.
