Flat solar collector CPK 7210N, is a high quality and attractively designed modern product. This facility is engineered for domestic water heating systems, swimming pools heating and for central heating systems with possibility to accumulate achieved warmth.


Flat collector CPK 7210N is made of high quality materials, which allow its long life and operating under different atmospheric circumstances. Use of high quality selective surface coating and only one absorbing panel through the whole surface of the collector, it can be achieved the best possible heat transfer on the basis of maximal usage of the absorber surface.




Characteristics of flat solar collectors CPK 7210N:


- By means of the modernest laser welding technology a copper tubes register is fixed onto the copper plate painted with high efficiency selective „Sunselect“ material which allows to achieve the termic plate effect.

- The copper plate covers the entire surface of the collector, which prevents creating of solar turbulences and consequently the loss of energy.

- The upper transfer pipe is blocked in the middle of its length, which creates two passages through the heating conducting liquid which transfers the energy through the collector.

- The through formed collector casing is made of alluminium, dry tightened/calked pressed without usage of sylicones.

- The 3,2 mm wide solar glass is made impermeable through a rubber ring joint.

- A copper absorber with a pipe register lays on 40 mm wide stone wool insulation.

- Because of good deliberated flow system the collector has only two upper 1'' connections.

- Collectors are connected through a special union wing.

- The collector can be integrated into the roof, layed over the roof or situated independently on special carriers.

- Our proved system of implementing guarantees simple, safe and high quality assemblage in a very short time.

- One collector branch can be connected to max. 6 flat collectors.

- By means of integrating solar collectors into domestic water heating systems (STEB water heater), swimming pools water heating systems and central heating systems (CAS-S, -BS water heater), a conventional sources of energy can be saved and, in the same time, environment pollution can be reduced.

- This collector is tested and certified at the Faculty of Engineering in Zagreb.
