The central heating systems equipment Cm Pelet-set are aimed for the connection to the new and already allocated boilers like EKO-CK, EKO-CKB (nominal heat output 51 - 110 kW) and EKO-CKS (nominal heat output 150 - 500 kW) . The Cm Pelet-set and boiler make out a functional unit, i.e. mini heating plant for pellet firing.

The automatic functioning of such mini heating plant offers a high level comfort and make these systems acceptable for a wide range of users.

From the functional point of view, such a plant is as much as comfortable as an oil or gas firing heating system, while the fuel consumption is for 40% more cost efficient then the oil firing systems. Pellet is a renewable fuel and ecologically very acceptable.

Characteristics of the Cm Pelet-set:

- Delivered boilers are already prepared for connection to the boilers  EKO-CK, EKO-CKB and EKO-CKSwith an nominal heat output from 51 to 500 kW.

- Together with the boiler it makes out a functional unit such as a mini heating plant for pellet firing.

- The mini heating plant is steered by the digital boiler regulation which automatically activates and deactivates the system and makes heating very comfortable.

- The fan and the electric heater allocated inside the burner, digitally regulated, automatically fire the pellet and keep the fire.

- Up to 40% fuel cost-savings comparing with oil firing systems.

- Cleaning during the heating period once in a week  duration 5 minutes.

- The pellet tank is a part of the plant and can be feed from the upper side.

- The Cm Pelet-set is delivered in few parts in order to make transport and allocation easier.

- Produced according to the EN 303-5 and in compliance with ISO 9001/2000.

Fuel characteristics - wood pellet:

- Wood pellet is renewable kind of fuel, i.e. ecologically acceptable.It is made out of wood bio-mass scraps in strew condition on the special machine.

- Pellet can be contained in bags (15 kg) and in underground storage (4-15 m3), as well stored in the house cellar.

- Recommended characteristics for the pellet for Cm Pelet-set feeding: 
    - heating value >= 4,9 kWh/kg (17,5 MJ/kg)            
    - diameter = 6 mm            
    - max. length = 50 mm            
    - max. humidity = 12%            
    - max. dust = 1,5%

- 3 m3 pellet matches the value of cca. 1000 litres of oil fuel.

- 2 kg pellet matches the value of cca. 1 litre of oil fuel.
