Steel hot water boilers EKO-CUP V3 (heat output range 0,6-1,5 MW) are engineered to meet demands of heating performance in the middle or big size premises, as well as the heat source for technological processing.

This boiler can be built in as a separate unit and as a paralely connected chain of more units. This product can be easily recognized by its modern design, by the synthesis of modern technologies and the quality of material, as well as through their simple and easy assemblage and control. The wide application of double-checked technical solutions make these boilers safe and reliable. 3-pass flue gas flow system is the main reason for their low energy consumption. Wide range of automatic control devices, delivered as additional equipment, enables the customer to get fully automatic direct or remote controlled heating center.

Characteristics of EKO-CUP V3 boilers:

- Hot water boiler for central heating systems has 3-pass flue gas flow system (heat output range 0,6-1,5 MW).

- Economical and ecologically acceptable, with high efficiency rate (92%), content NOx<120 mg/m³.

- Maximal operating temperature of 110°C makes possible using it as a source of heat for tecnological processing.

- Maximal operating pressure of the boiler is 6 bar, which enables the integration into the heating systems for high buildings.

- Build in turbulators enable better heat flow from flue gas to the boiler water, better regulation of resistance in the combustion chamber, better regulation of the output temperature of flue gas, i.e. high quality of balancing between the function of the boiler, burner and chimney.

- A big quantity of water in the boiler reduces the number of start ups, prolongues the life of the burner and saves energy.

- Technical solutions are the main reason of extremely low start-up condensation.

- All connections are settled on the upper side of the device which enables a simple assemblage.

- The boiler is delivered together with plugged-in thermic regulation together with connecting points for an outdoor temperature depending thermostate, which enables fully automatic steering of the heating system.

- Special distinction is its high performance heat insulation.

- The blank door of the boiler has perforated holes which enables connection to any kind of burner.

- The body of the boiler is delivered separately from the casing with thermal insulation which enables easier transportation and assemblage.

- 90° rightside and leftside opening of the boiler´s door enables easy cleaning.

- The boiler is tested and certified at the Faculty of Engineering in Zagreb and produced in compliance with ISO 9001/2000 norm.

Hot water supply demands:

In accordance with hot water demands it is possible to associate our EKO-CUP V3 boiler with one of our hot water heaters. We suggest the combination with wall hanged up combination water heaters SKB Digi or LKB Digi, standing hot water heaters TB 120 - 200 l and TB 300 - 800 l, or with solar water heaters STEB or even with accumulations tanks CAS-BS there is need or desire of constructing a solar system.
