Steel hot water boilers EKO-CUP M3 Bd (heat output range 18 - 80 kW) have a modern design and can be easily recognized by their high efficiency level as a result of continuous development of construction features, application of modern technologies and high quality material. Their special characteristic is that domestic hot water heater is settled under the boiler. This is a compact space saving solution through minimizing of energy loss, being the water circulation between boiler and water heater extremely reduced. The wide range of technical solutions make these boilers safe and reliable. 3-pass combustion gas flow system is the main reason to call them “economical”. Boilers are produced in compliance to European norm EN 303-1. 
Characteristics of EKO-CUP M3 Bd boilers:
- Hot water boiler for central heating systems with domestic water heater settled under the boiler has 3-pass gas flow system (heat output range 18-80 kW).
- Hot water heater is made out of a high quality stainless steel, which matches high hygienic level, while the closeness of the water heater to the boiler enables quick warming of the entire water quantity.
- The hot water heater is delivered together with built in regulation thermostat which steeres the operation of the domestic hot water pump in the water heater, pre-wiring and clamp for circulating pump.
- As one regulation is sufficient for both (heating and domestic water temperature) an additional investment can be avoided.
- Economical and ecologicly acceptable, with high efficiency rate (93,8%), content NOx <150 mg/m³.
- Build in turbulators enable better heat flow from flue gas to the water, better regulation of resistance in the combustion chamber, better regulation of the output temperature of flue gas, i.e. high quality of balancing between the function of the boiler, burner and chimney.
- A big quantity of water in the boiler reduces the number of start ups, prolongues the life of the burner and saves energy.
- Pre-wired boiler and control panel with basic boiler regulation, prepared (plugged in) connections for heating regulation depending of outdoor temperature.
- Special distinction is its high performance heat and noise insulation.
- The door of the boiler has perforated holes for mounting of the burner.
- The body of the boiler is delivered separately from the casing with thermal insulation which enables easier transportation and assemblage.
- 90° rightside and leftside opening of the boiler´s door enables easy cleaning.
- The boiler is tested and certified at the Faculty of Engineering in Zagreb and produced in compliance with ISO 9001/2000 norm.
