Steel hot water boilers EKO-CK (nominal heat output 20 - 110 kW) are engineered for solid fuel, pellets, oil or gas firing to meet demands of heating performance in the smallest as well as in the largest premises, as a main or as an alternative heat source.

This product can be easily recognized by its modern design, by the synthesis of modern technologies and the quality of material, as well as through their simple and easy assemblage and control. The wide application of double-checked technical solutions, make these boilers safe and reliable. Particular value of these boilers is their easy application of any burner and boiler regulation. Produced in compliance with the European norm EN 303-5.

Characteristics of EKO-CK boilers:

- Hot water boiler for central heating systems is produced for solid fuel, pellets, oil or gas firing (nominal heat output 20 - 110 kW).

- Accordingly dimensioned combustion hamber, 3-passes flue gas flow and additionally ribbed surface for better temperature exchange assure a high performance of the boiler with high efficiency rate. This makes it very „ economical“.

- Ecologically acceptable according to very demanding certificate of the Austrian County Styria (FanlG).

- The combustion chamber is made out of high quality 5 mm thick steel sheet.

- The big door and combustion chamber enable firing with big peaces of wood, as well as easy cleaning and maintenance.

- If required a thermal safety system can be built in through already prepared holes.

- The thermostat for pump steering is built in.

-The body of the boiler is delivered separately from the casing with thermal insulation which enables easier transportation and assemblage without unnecessary risks.

- For an easy and simple casing assemblage no screws necessary.

- Basic boiler delivery includes a boiler water temperature pointer as well as a cleaning set with an ashtray.

- For oil/gas firing of the boiler a hole on the lower door is accordingly prepared. Quick and easy assemblage.

- For pellet firing, with the pellet set the appropriate lower boiler door shall be delivered.

- The basic boiler regulation of the burner (oil/gas) can be delivered separately. It can be connected on the upper casing lid of the boiler.

- The boiler is tested and certified according to the European norm EN 303-5 and EN 304 at the Faculty of Engineering

Hot water supply demands:
In order to meet this requirement, the boiler EKO-CK can be connected to one of our hot water heaters. Therefore we suggest the combination with hanging hot water heaters SKB Digi or LKB Digi , with standing hot water heaters TB (120 - 200 l) and TB (300 - 800 l) or with solar hot water heaters STEB, as well as with combined hot water heaters CAS-BS, if there is a need to build in a solar heating system in the future.

Additional equipment:
Obligatory (solid fuel firing) - draught regulator, manual 4-way mixing valve if the boiler connected to the closed central heating system - thermal safety valve, heat exchanger, safety-air vent group (2,5 bar) and expansion vessel .
Obligatory (pellet firing) - Cm Pelet-set, if the boiler connected to the closed central heating system - thermal safety valve, heat exchanger, safety-air vent group and expansion vessel.
Obligatory (oil/gas firing) - boiler regulation for boiler EKO-CK, oil/gas burner, if the boiler connected to the closed central heating system-safety-air vent group and expansion vessel.
